INSURANCE ACCEPTED? THE GOOD NEWS AND THE BAD NEWS!
At this point in time, our office continues to accept and maximize benefits of any insurance you may have! Almost none pay the entire amount of even an office visit!
However, most insurance policies discourage any type of natural health care.
Medicare guide lines specifically state that they DO NOT PAY for ANY preventive procedure. This includes all Medicare providers of all professions!
Many types of care provided in an chiropractic office are often not covered at all. Often times, with increasing co-pays, our office visit fee is less than your co-pay amount!!
We have many affordable cash, credit/debit and personal or business check payment plans available. Below are some typical types of Insurance our patients have questions about.
- Automobile accidents - Depending on the Situation, You may be set up on a payment plan until your poicy reimburses you.
- Medicare - Medicare does not pay for any diagnostic services and examinations. This includes charges for X-ray examinations. The only service they pay for is a major portion of the charge for a chiropractic adjustment.
- Workers Compensation - Worker's Compensation Plans pay very little in a Chiropractic Setting.
- We are Preferred Providers for some of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans - Call our office to determine what your plan may pay.
- Most major medical plans - Some plans cover very little or have no benefits for services provided in a chiropractor's office - Call our office to determine what your plan may pay.
- TennCare does not pay for Services in our office. North Carolina Medicaid does not pay for care in offices outside of the state of North Carolina such as ours.
